• Leading full-cycle recruitment for our Tax and VAT practices in Global service center • Developing and providing comprehensive talent maps and pipelines, via direct sourcing and proactive networking with targeted talent • Providing regular communication and updates to the hiring community, advising on the competitive landscape and work with the Head of Talent acquisition to create strategic recruitment plans • Ensuring quality hiring is achieved by advising Hiring Managers on recruitment processes

End to end recruitment, to include: • Understanding workforce plans; • Conducting briefings with hiring managers; • Taking ownership of the attraction and pre-selection, facilitating the assessment process; • Managing stakeholder relationships with line managers, HR, and department heads; • Ensuring best in class attraction, segmented and planned by workforce type; • Advising the business on best practice; • Building expertise in the client’s business;

Main responsibilities: -Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc -Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc -Screen candidates resumes and job applications -Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
