# My role focuses on conceptualization, design & development, packaging & integration of BSVI/EVI exhaust after treatment system for Indian OEM clients. I have Handled tasks of selection & finalization of sizing of EATS canning, catalyst holding mat & thermal insulations, sensor bosses, upstream & downstream tube sizes, conceptualization, design conceptualization, validation, testing and planning & implementation of Urea mixer, supplier interaction for technical requirements and component finalization.

Localization of machine aggregates for mechanical sweeper – Nozzle system, Air pneumatic components, Air Suspension kit, successfully delivered two product line conceptualization. # As a part of Startup industry, I have handled tasks of product optimization for Indian road condition, initiation & execution of new design localization ideas, vendor interaction for product localization & technical requirements,interaction & coordination with vehicle test agencies for validation & certification.

# Worked as a design management lead for design, development & mentoring activities for heavy duty trucks & buses for BSIII/EIII, BSIV/EIV, and BSVI/EVI compliant vehicles. Handled vehicular system integration projects # Worked as aftersales project stakeholder for new projects of BSVI/EVI, CNG, NEW Cabin Architecture, and Multi-axle Bus. Handled roles & responsibilities of vehicle benchmarking, competitor vehicle assessment and finalizing the vehicle technical specifications.

Worked as a trainee engineer and looked after coordination and interaction activities with vehicle test agencies for vehicle validation and test certification followed by vehicle homologation activities. Handled responsibilities of vehicle integration and preparation of layouts and drawing releases for new product design concepts with major focus on design and drawing releases, ECN releases for chassis and chassis mounted aggregates.

Worked as a junior engineer. Handled responsibilities of data compilation & report preparation for automotive tests & validation activities carried out for OEM vehicle manufacturers, witnessing of in-house test trials conducted at vehicle manufacturers. Tasks handled for verification of masses, dimensions and technical documentation for automotive vehicle of automotive manufacturers, as per guidelines mentioned in CMVR, AIS, IS standards.
