- Management of the administrative area ( handling purchase orders, coordinating meetings and trips for the staff, Spanish-English-Spanish translations, coordinating events and cocktails, customer assistance, etc) - Responsible for database system of the company, “FileFinder” - Additionally, the coordination involved in changing offices (facilities and suppliers: telephone, Internet, among others)

- Fix-term job for 2 months covering afternoon shifts. The main function was answering the phone, receiving documents and supporting secretaries with their jobs

- Reservations and sale of air tickets over the phone - Attention to passengers ( provide service and flight information of the company to customers) - Provide support during the training of the new staff - Provide information to internal and external clients of the policies and procedures for commercial air safety - Provide support to the customer service desk

- Reservations agent: assist customers over the phone and help them with flight information, routes and reservation of their trip - Skymiles specialist: provide support during training of the new staff and help them to understand how the Skymiles program worked. Also, assist customer over the phone to fulfill their needs on how to use their miles appropriately in order to travel. - Customer Service agent: provide assistance to customers directly and also DL agents to handle angry customers

- Support to the administrative department (answering the phone, writing letters, translating documents from English to Spanish, etc) - Directly involved in the customer service area - Reservations agent for Dollar Rent a Car and SuperClubs, Viva Resorts, Sonesta Hotels - After my professional training, I continued working in sales, reservations and customer service
