MYRON BABAIEV

Supporting my lecturer at Hochschule Niederrhein, I collaborate on the development of critical research concepts, refine and enhance learning content, and contribute to the overall academic experience. My role involves analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and fostering innovation in educational and research projects. Passionate about driving excellence in higher education through dedication and collaboration.

While I worked in IrCo, I helped to find markets with the lowest competitors number, helped to develop distribution channels in those markets and took significant part in analyzing customer segmentation. I also was related with developing marketing campaigns in IrCo - with my participation, IrCo LLC increased number of impressions on 45%, quantity of clicks on main website on 36% and reached and brought 2 companies from leads to clients, what generated 14% of yearly revenue.

I completed an internship at DVAG from March to July 2023. My main responsibilities were finding clients for company products and services, providing consulting services in the field of financial markets and insuring potential clients, and analyzing data from regular clients. In addition, thanks to full-time and part-time attendance at business meetings between DVAG representatives and clients, I have significantly improved my sales and objection handling skills.

At Aleo, I was selected for the position of Comunity Manager in the first Ambassador Programme. My duties included periodically moderating Ukrainian and Russian language Discord threads, as well as occasionally translating English-language content into Russian and Ukrainian. While being an ambassador, I took my part to increase Aleo Brand Awareness in CIS region, increase the number of users of their DeFi protocol, as well as attract a number of Russian-speaking Influencers to promote Aleo via Telegram.

Since my school days, I have been writing various kinds of research papers and large customised articles, first for local clients. In August, I decided to try to start doing it for the American community and created an account on Fiverr. During this work, I managed to fulfil more than 120 orders of various sorts, including large research papers with unique research in the field of economic theory, marketing and macroeconomics.

I am currently studying on the 4th semester of the Bachelor Sales and Marketing in the Hoschule of Niederhheine. Current GPA: 1.49.
