Leader of a team of two Assistant Merchandiseres and two Analysts looking after five product categories. Financial responsibility for results in merchandise division, overseeing and analysis of inventory, flow and stock turn in-store, and driving key initiatives. Influencing business partners to ensure appropriate liquidity and ownership of goods is achieved. Create pre- and in-season financial plans to make ensure flow of products.

Taking financial responsibility for the division of Mens Basics and Lifestyle which included creating in season trading strategies and their execution. Participating in creation of the pre-season plans which included market research and historical analysis of the business. Leading a team of analyst to ensure product flow and allocation and execution of events is carried out. Pro-actively looking for new business opportunities. Identifying risks at an early stage and creating contingency plans.

Responsible for a greater volume departments business, monitoring performance and making recommendations for future direction. In addition to the Analyst duties a Senior Analyst takes lead in training new Graduates coming into the business.

Responsible for analysing sales trends, anticipating consumer buying patterns and fashion trends, evaluating in-store and competitors' merchandise selections and developing distribution strategies for assigned stores within UK and Ireland. Monitor shipping throughout the week and make crucial distribution decisions and act as a liaison between our Distribution Centres and our Buyers.

Identifying and establishing links with local and national employers and recruitment networks to promote UH student and graduate employment. Supporting employers in recruitment of graduates by providing and a range of recruitment support services. Responsibility for organising Career Fairs and supporting employers in carrying out interviews and assessment centres. Worked with the Recruitment Services Manager on policy and forward planning risk management, issues and ideas.
