•Mahmoud assumed to have the full responsibility to manage the services P&L, including but not limited to; driving the development of Service operations talents and build a strong winning strategy. Resulting the support from direct country & global operations management that differentiates Qatar operations from its rivals and be as a bench mark for the other Canon global operations.

•Mahmoud was hired as a process specialist, reporting directly to the Corporate Vice President to introduce the lean and quality culture. And drive the Continuous Improvement initiatives around Milaha Corporate. •Mahmoud mapped the corporate processes, Identified processes wastes and built departmental frameworks.

Administrative level , Planning and Project Management .

•Mahmoud promoted as a system engineer. Started to manage 100$K client projects spanning three or more months in duration. Leading project teams which consists of 3 senior programmers. Interacted directly with clients, Planning projects budgets and time requirements. Resulting in growing the sales of the Qatari Operations V of 20% YoY. •Mahmoud served as a solutionist utilizing structured process methodologies, business analysis and modeling. Quality test and maintain customer satisfaction.
