Here, I collected feedback from line managers in key sites via straight talks / informal communication by means of (but not limited to) interviews, info sessions, surveys etc. After analysis of feedback from line managers and from market analysis I prepare strategic recommendations on what needs to be done to make the change sustainable.

Here, the task was to design potential insurance product for prevention and protection against cyber bullying after performing the market analysis. We define target customers and studied potential partners. Afterwards, I defined the marketing strategy and distribution channel for the potential product.

I was trained in PYTHON, Database Management, Business Processes and Oracle PeopleSoft (ERP).Upon Completion of my training, I acquired a position of a technical and functional consultant in PeopleSoft Development Team working there on HRMS. As a technical consultant, I provided effective solutions for all the business requirements. Additionally, as a functional consultant, I have made a substantial contribution in managing timelines and business requirements .
