Leading contractual agreements with suppliers and ensuring adherence. Coordinating supplier escalations for operational activities. Responsible for adequate execution of financial contract matters.

Delivering On-Site IT Services to a number of sites in the geographical area of Germany and Austria. Acting as a focal point between the business and the IT Organization for change requests, incident escalations, or complaints regarding all IT services on operational level. Managing local suppliers for specific On-Site services Line Management of internal and external regional 3rd Line IT Engineers Project Lead for the global Windows 7 deployment program in all DSM sites in Germany.

Delivering and improving the global end-2-end DSM managed network infrastructure service operation for the whole business of DSM in the EMEA region. Translating business demand in service orderings and ordering of contracted services. Managing approved changes, critical incidents as well as escalations in the operational services. Project Lead in the global “Next Generation Network” Program of exchanging the complete network infrastructure on large production plants in the area of Basel.
