In a French association dedicated to diversity in the workplace, my role is to develop the influence of our structure with french and international institutional actors. I develop partnerships to support our cause: to promote non-discrimination of disabled people in the buisness world. I pilot innovative projects arising from its partnerships. Our association is very dynamic and established since 2005, it requires adaptation and constant questioning to help minorities, it is exciting.
