Improving profit and cash flow through stringent cost management, cost engineering and lean@business. Commercial business partner for the executive management and peers.

Responsible for establishment of a group-wide claim management process to address sales price increases as a compensation for raw material and inflation increases. Coordination and preparation of customer negotiations for compensation. Establishment of a holistic logic to track measures for customer claims.

Responsible for all global Controlling activities within the Brose Group (planning, forecast, reporting, profit improvement measures on group level and internal projects). Commercial business partner for all Controlling related topics for the executive management and shareholders.

Project lead for the transformation of the groupwide Controlling function at Brose with a strong focus of optimization and automation of Controlling processes. Establishment of Shared Service Centers for Controlling in China, Mexico and Czech Republic
