Backed by Lloyds Development Capital (LDC), we grew the business by 300% in terms of revenue and 225% in terms of employees including acquisitions of PC-1 in 2017 and CoolHarbour & UVN in 2018. Key part of the management team that led the secondary management buy-out backed by Apiary Capital and exit for LDC.

Co-owner and Director at Connect Communications responsible for strategy, technology direction, portfolio, proposition & target markets. Bought the business from the original founders. We transformed the company into a dynamic, successful business focused on providing managed services for communications technologies for multinational businesses. I took a leading role in the Private Equity (LDC) backed Buy-In / Management Buy-Out of the business in 2014, which created Connect Managed Services.
