Responsible for Strategic Sourcing with a spend of $1.8bn globally across 40 manufacturing plants and staff of 100 in sourcing, purchasing and logistics in direct and matrix reporting.

Full P&L responsibility for the global AVDEL business, a stand-alone business unit within Acument Global Technologies, that had sales of $200m and staff of 780 across 3 manufacturing, 7 distribution and 2 engineering sites. Additionally acted as Operations Director for the three manufacturing sites.

Responsible for strategic sourcing with a spend of $1.1bn in 58 manufacturing plants and distribution centers globally. Staff: 80. Also responsibility for global network of 16 distribution centers in 5 continents with total sales revenue of $400m and staff of 320 shared in matrix with Regional General Managers.

Responsibility for strategic sourcing with a spend of $450m in 20 manufacturing plants and distribution centers in Europe. Staff: 40. Additionally Operations Director with P&L responsibility for equipment manufacturing in Europe and a European network of 6 distribution centers in UK, Germany, Spain, France and Italy with total sales revenue of $160m. Staff: 150.

Interim role to improve internal Supply Chain, Logistics and Material Flow structure of Kautex Textron’s largest European factory in Mallersdorf, Germany.

Responsible for Key Account Management organization for European key accounts for complete ERP business (software, service and maintenance) and management global Business Development function
