-Managing the biggest Area at A1 with 3200 employees, which are in daily contact with our residential and business customers (7 Mio. in total) -Responsibility for A1 Customer Field Force with more than 5000 customer visits per day -Budget responsibility of over 230 Mio. € -Strong transformation from service to sales since 2013 (+34% more sales per employee 2015 vs. 2014)-Strong push of digitalization in service

-Re-organisation of the whole department regarding the strategic brand pillars: Service, Innovation and Quality -Sales responsibility for ~ 50 A1 shops -Integration of outbound call services -Implementation of a new sourcing strategy
