Creation of quotes for customers as requested - estimating, creation of presentations, concept formation; • Provision of a high level of service and customer information support; • Analysis of customer feedback, performance improvement; • Full project management: preparation, implementation, venue coordination, closeout; • Work with contractors: search, negotiations in order to obtain the most favourable conditions for cooperation, booking of services and monitoring of their performance

Solving current organizational and administrative issues within the project; • Negotiations, business correspondence with customers and suppliers; • Analysis and resolution of emerging problem and conflict situations; • Calculation of the project budget, expenditures control. Analytics, planning; • Creation and management of required documents within the project; • Installation scheduling, drawing up checklists, coordination of internal services and contractors at the venue.
