Participation in local conferences or tradeshows, organisation of seminars or events at the customer's premises, management of quarterly publications and monthly newsletters (proofreading and addition of local content), follow up on budget and expenditure.

Management of the company's stand on several tradeshows across EMEA including space rental and layout, signage, utilities, units transport and hotel bookings (among which: CeBIT in Hannover, Gitex in Dubai, SVIAZ in Moscow, SIMO in Madrid, SMAU in Milan). Seminar roadshow to launch a new partner program (utilities, coordination for the translation of the invitations and signage, hotel bookings, logistics). Invoicing and budget follow up.

Order entry for directs accounts from North Africa and France and later from France, Spain and Portugal. Management of Logistics or Accounting issues. Distribution of the Price List and New Product Announcements.

Answer questions on Student Social Security or open files, process registrations, provide quotes on car insurance.

Management of a team of 4 students located in 3 different locations attached to the University. Visit of various colleges and institutes to introduce the company and its products either via a stand or a speaking slot.
