We are responsible in developing artworks and labels for our products. This is handled as a project including all necessary project management tasks. Apart from this, I am also responsible for training users within the region on how to use the internal process tool. I addtition to that, I act as helpdesk or first point of contact with any issues the users are facing within my region.

We are responsible for orders to our 3rd party manufacturer and making sure that goods are delivered on time and in full to our markets. We collaborate with our affiliates and their warehouses and we work closely withe our rigional planners.

As a data file administrator for ELC Operations. I was responsible for our demand collection tool. Apart from administrating the tool, I was responsible for its iprovement in collaboration with IT. I did user trainings online or on site involving travels around Europe. I was the helpdesk and first point of contact for any issues on the tool. I was also responsible for insurance claims for damanged or stolen goods for delivery within the EMEA region. This involved case investigation and trouble shooting.
