The VP Sales is the main responsible for the development of the Incoming Exchange program. Thus, being responsible for driving growth in the Local Committee through creating strategies, implementing them and managing the Incoming Exchange team to distribute task responsibilities and handle daily work. The VP of the Incoming Exchange Team establishes and maintains international Local Committee partnerships and ensures that standards and satisfaction are fulfilled in the delivery of this program.
