Rishav Krishna

Rishav is a ‘Product Strategy’ manager. He is responsible for creating (0-to-1) and growing (1-to-many) solutions for Life Sciences companies using Innovaccer's product stack. Rishav is focused on two major activities 1) Product Strategy & innovation - He leads a category of ‘Platform-as-a-Service’ products focused on accelerating clinical research 2) Product Management & Execution - He works with cross-functional agile product development teams in building products for Pfizer, Roche and ICON

Rishav worked in Strategy Consulting practice focused on Life Sciences and Healthcare clients at Monitor Deloitte US India Offices. Across 30+ strategic projects, he has experience advising a gamut of clients ranging from mid-senior managers to executives such as BU/Function heads and CXOs of big pharma and healthcare firms such as Pfizer, Roche, Novartis, Novo Nordisk, AstraZeneca, Lonza, etc. He also co-founded and co-led Deloitte's Market Sensing and Scenario Planning practice.

• Worked on a growth strategy assignment for a pharma client • Objective: Screened & prioritized drug assets for acquisition, based on commercial, clinical and regulatory attractiveness • Received a pre-placement offer to join as a full-time employee.

As a business analyst in Marketing Effectiveness function of Novartis, Rishav was tasked to create comprehensive Forecasting models for estimating and projecting revenue, patient and commercialization costs of Novartis' Cardiovascular in-line and pipeline drugs (example - Entresto) for global markets (US, EU, ROW).

As a decision scientist, Rishav was responsible for working as a full-stack data expert (including Data Engineer, Business Analyst, Data Scientist) and use cutting edge data analytics tools (such as SQL, SAS, R, Power BI, Tableau, Teradata, Snowflake) to provide data-driven insights to the business problems for Pharmaceutical (Otsuka, Astellas) and Retail (Home Depot, Walmart) customers of the Company

• Chosen among Top 50 students (among 5000+ applicant) for fully-funded Govt. of India summer research fellowship offered by Jawaharlal Nehru Center for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR) • Worked Dr. S.M. Deshpande, an ex-NASA scientist in developing algorithms to improve efficiency of Poisson Equation solver

Rishav scored 99.56 percentile scores in Common Admission Test, 2016 - all India MBA entrance exam written by 300K aspirants - and successfully cleared multiple rounds of interview to secure a seat at coveted IIM Lucknow (ranked 4th in India) for 2-year MBA program. Rishav completed the program with specialization in Strategy and Finance.

Rishav scored 99.7 percentile scores in All India Engineering Entrance Exams, 2009 (1.5M+ aspirants participate the exam) to secure admission in the coveted NIT Trichy (ranked 8th in India) for 4-year Bachelor's of Technology (B.Tech.) program. Rishav completed the program with specialization in Chemical Engineering
