Provide HR support and expertise to the EXCOM in defining and implementing Company’s organizational structure, supervising the staffing plan and the integration of people in various geographical locations, including creation of new local legal entities. Direct the HR organization and external providers globally where the Company has the employees. Run in-depth salary processes, structure, remuneration plan, bonus plan, stock option plan. Manage HR team and ensure the employees full life cycle.

• Recruitment and Management of Employee and Consultant relations • On-boarding Expatriate & Consultant: Accommodation, Visa, Work Permit, logistics, costs of living adjustements… • Call for Tenders, development of the resourcing & development procedures, recruitment and programs for operations personnel on projects. • Clients and projects worked on for O & G (Total, Perenco, Maurel & Prom, GDF, IFP, Technip, Saipem, Entrepose, Ponticelli), Construction (Bouygues, Novarka), Water Industry (Veolia).
