Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after getting manpower requirement from the concerned department., maintaining data bank, posting/sourcing the profiles through different job portals, scheduling and finalizing interviews, salary negotiations and letter of offer, Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
