-Booking freight shipments, scheduling shipments, maintain client relations, monitor estimated time of arrivals for shipments -Assisting in forecast/reports related to sales -Assist in sales analysis/KPI reporting -Updating item master list which includes specification of the products -Managing the ocean freight overall international procedures -Have knowledge of the Incoterms for ocean freight, proper documentation handling(BL) for ocean cargo -Checking payment terms/Notice of invoice due-date

• Supporting in connection with Global Mobility projects (HR) • Supporting in connection with development of manuals and user guides • Following up on the status tracking of KPMG Local Implementation Agreement (LIA) and State Of Work (SOW) • Arranging monthly meetings and calls

• Developing an excel database of financial data for the project • Documentation support for a project ‘Debunking Myths of Renewable Energy for Civil Society’ • Coordination in connection with logistics

• Managing daily wholesale process and updating excel data sheet • SAP billing and registration of the taxation document • Managing customs clearance and logistics by filling shipping documents such as Bill of Lading (B/L) and Invoice

• Consulting accreditation details of athletes and VIPs for the event • Communication with Olympic committees in 11 Arab countries

• Assisting in connection with analyzing market data and writing market research report • Assisting in managing excel sheets for various sectors of B2B meetings • Organizing events and other administrative tasks
