At this internship below task are performed. 1. Monitoring, checking and Arranging shipment documents (CO, GSP & B/L) 2. Creation of Performa Invoices & Invoices. 3. Arranging quotations from Forwarders for DDP orders. 4. Controlling B/L availability before ETA and shipment entries in ERP 5. Sales reporting to higher management 6. Coordination for garment sample development 7. Supporting in assessment of fabric and sample quality test 8. Maintenance of the Master data in the ERP system

• Development of different trims as per the need of buyer and co-ordination with supplier. • Price Negotiation • Assortment analysis and Prepare for Exhibitions. • Helping designer to develop Print design as per customer need. • Fabric making and monitoring its readiness for printing. • Planning the stitching of samples as per printing status. • Conducting Inspection of the Fabric and final Sample.

•Leading customer named Skydda including execution and develop. •Inspection of Fabric and final garment fit as per PD. •Responsible to get approval on development Samples. •Price quoting and negotiating final price with customer. •Capacity, material planning and order scheduling with concern depart. •Responsible to implement new cost effective ideas to ensure the profit. •Management of safety stock at warehouse and monitor all type of outsourcing.
