Work with management on current and/or future staffing needs to identify job requirements, sources of potential applicants, and interview guidelines. Source, identify, attract, screen, interview, and/or recommend hiring of appropriate candidates for all levels, complying with company policy and guidelines. Utilizes a variety of tools, relationships, and recruiting networks to identify suitable candidates. Review resumes from both internal and external sources to pre-screen candidates for open positions.

Leading a team of members that cater to the entire recruitment needs of the client. · Provide managerial leadership, coaching/feedback and development for direct reports and business partners. · Responsible for analyzing the team’s performance and accountable for Team Targets. · Evaluate skill level; manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations. · Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary.
