Creating agendas, documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; scheduling complex travel arrangements including multi-leg domestic and international travel; organization and managing of appointments; meeting, greeting and providing assistance for representatives and diplomats of all levels; processing of visas, passports and accommodations; attendance of the trade department meetings; implementation of the specific projects and research.

Providing sales figures and statistics for management team; assistance with daily tasks; preparing invoices for suppliers; representation of the “Visitor´s House” in media and press; participation in the bi-weekly staff meetings; involvement in company sales strategy planning.
