Part of this role was also the management of a team of solution consultants in Russia, Switzerland, and the United States. Development of sales strategy for sector business (Non Governmental Organizations).

Technical Consultancy for Communication and Infrastructure Solutions for Eastern and Central Europe. Responsibilities in this role: Business Process Analysis and Improvement, mapping of solutions to business requirements, discovery workshops, development of sales strategy for major opportunities, speaker in industry conferences.

Responsibility for the technical design, technical consultancy, and technical bid support for Major Accounts in Europe and Asia. Contributed to the win of several multi million dollar opportunities.

Service Management for major SITA and Equant customers. During this time I managed the integration of Info AG Germany into the SITA/Equant network.

Support for IBM and IBM integrators for IBM server and PS/2 family.
