I worked on obtains customer orders, establishes new accounts, and to call on existing or potential sales partners. I prepare and adjust the sales targets by studying region, population, economic distribution and type of sales partners. I create the monthly sales reports to keep partners informed on sales evolution and analysis of financial results reports. I monitored the competition by gathering current marketplace information.

I was the main customer interface for project execution, responsible by Services Delivery including P&L and contract fulfillment for Local Operators Brazil at Nokia. I have direct lead Algar Telecom Services Delivery, a contract for Voice and Packet Core network modernization, including 3G access and launch of a new 4G network. I was responsible for ensure Scope and Claim Management and improving Revenue and GM by capturing up-sell opportunities and an effective Change and Risk Management Control.

I have been responsible by projects delivered for Oi Telecom Operator, resources demand planning, execute project tracking together main stakeholders and resources forecast. The projects scope includes Civil Works, Network Implementation, Network Planning and Consulting and System Integration. The average year of project budget was around of EUR 50MM with a consistent increasing in GM reached from 2010 to 2013 by a property team building and strict Scope and Change management control.

I was responsible by projects delivery of mobile networks projects for Oi Telecom Operator on Southeast, Northeast and North region from pre-sales to final acceptance. Main projects: Frame agreement contract to provide network expansion for Oi customer regarding NSN equipment for 2009 and 2010; Preparation of Oi mobile networks for 25MM subscribers and Alcatel/Ericsson swap at North/Northeast region. Launch of Oi mobile network in São Paulo state; Oi 3G network launch in Southeast (RJ, MG and ES).

I was the leader of Network Implementation services in Brazil and representative together customers, ensuring proper scope and costs bids deploying. I was responsible by a team of more then 120 employees and 300 contractors, managing the resources and competences, enabling optimal utilization and ensuring the quality via implementing efficient services processes and tools. Align resources and costs to current and future business requirements.

Several positions on Telecommunication and TI industry, as Software Analyst, Project Engineer, Project Manager and Service Manager. That moment I worked from January 1999 until April 2001 for Siemens AG, Munich Germany, and from April 1997 until February 1998 for Siemens Portugal, Lisbon.
