•Overall P&L responsibility for the day-to-day operations of five manufacturing plants and one R&D center employing 900 people, producing $55 million in annual sales •Supervised 5 Plant Managers, Managers of Marketing and Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Quality, and Engineering

•Responsible for starting a new plant, hired and trained staff. Designed the warehouse, manufacturing lines and test lab. Production line officially launched 3 months ahead of the original plan •Supervised managers of quality, manufacturing, engineering, customer service, and supply chain

Responsible for strategic planning and profit planning including engineering control, demand and resource planning, projects management, MPS and MRP, production activity control, sourcing, logistics, and inventory control with P&L responsibility

•Supervised a staff of 25, responsible for new product design projects management to ensure all projects are profitable, reliable, and on-time launch. Assumed overall management responsibilities in the absence of Director China Design Center
