Overall responsible for all business activities in North Asia Region (Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan and Korea) Manage team to achieve assigned target on green field and become one of the top high- tech flexible hoses suppliers as foreign players in the market Support leading and developing business in other APAC countries, e.g. ASEAN, Australia, New Zealand etc. Liaise with technical colleagues in Europe to realize production locally

Manage sales & marketing activities in China to achieve assigned target Successful establish local subsidiary in China, develop market strategy and expand market share

Successfully implement the market entrance strategy and develop business in Chinese Renewable Energy Market Evaluate and expand product portfolio with innovative systems to ensure continued market leadership Professional overseas training and projects in 2027 in Headquarters in Germany and subsidiaries in Europe
