In my position process improvement and adaptability with clear thinking are key. I lead a cross country team (10 people) to secure on-time delivery. Drive logistics and inventory costs down to meet financial targets. Increasing customer satisfaction, drive productivity requires strategic planning, project management and honest communication. Projects I lead include inventory projects ( >1 million USD saving), leveraging IT tools in process automation and applying visual management, standardizing processes.

I was appointed to this role as temporary replacement to lead and manage a cross-functional team of 70 people in Order management. My key responsibility was to deliver organizational priorities in alignment with corporate targets and manage Stakeholder relations. My managers highlighted my calmness and professionalism adapting to the volatile business environment caused by the Pandemic. This has enabled the Team to continue delivering high quality service to our customers.

My responsibility was to organize deliveries of GE Healthcare`s medical devices to both public and private customers. This included both logistics and inventory arrangement, procurement and sell off execution. Keeping regulatory and compliance borders meanwhile focusing on customer satisfaction.

Material planning and procurement to secure seamless supply of the production line. Modeling, introducing Oracle for material management, contributing to meet targets. Complex procurement projects for refurbishment business with ad-hoc demands. Efficient communication, clear thinking and coping with heavy workload. I led inventory projects (~500 K USD saving), dro ve variable material spend down (50 k USD/y). Good relationship with stakeholders enabled me to be part of the core team of plant transfer.
