• Management of a developing station consisting of Operations Managers, Coordinators, Administration and package handling staff (up to 9 personnel). • Contractual management of Independent Service Providers against metrics and their Service Agreements to ensure the highest standards in the industry. • Monitoring and management of KPIs, as well as station service, safety and profit goals.

Windstar Star Plus ‘Stretch’ Project (US$250M) • Executed the delivery of a large portfolio of cruise ship maintenance and repair projects for leading cruise ship operators achieving outstanding performance (typically over 30%) for cost and quality. • Managed a large team of Technicians and Supervisors (up to 85 personnel) as the primary mechanical and structural contractor to the owner.

• Developed the Project Management Plan and a complete set of deliverables for the Planning Phase of a proposed e-commerce business project. • Leveraged best-practice project management principles (based on PMBoK processes) to develop, review and analyse the proposal and findings with the owner.

• Managed the SX/EW Plant – Fire Protection System Installation project (US$13M) to meet and exceed KPIs, logistical challenges, and safety objectives. • Contracted to serve as key project interface, working closely with client and contractor to handle technical queries, formal instructions, and manage site-based safety issues. Audited, reviewed, and reported on-site activities to ensure attainment of FM Global Compliance Inspection and Test Plans.

• Executed the planning and management of the Edikan Gold Mine – Security Upgrade (US$1M) project to meet company goals and insurance company requirements. • Designed, developed scope, and coordinated project management phases for a comprehensive security upgrade involving mine Non-Process Infrastructure elements. • Oversaw project implementations for new buildings, roadways, and fencing as well renovate existing buildings and process units.

• Managed various processes for seamless Project Management of NPI capital building works within the Port and Rail Operation of BHPBIO. • Responsible for the project management of NPI capital building works within both the Port and Rail Operations of BHPBIO. • My portfolio consists primarily of the construction of new and renovated office and workshop facilities (both study and execution).

• Served as site Client Representative overseeing contractor operations during design, initial fabrication, and process development for the 3300 room Construction Village Accommodation modules (US$60M). • Managed the safety, quarantine, environmental, schedule and interface management risks at the offshore fabrication facility in Thailand. • Provided technical advice and support in regards to design documentation and in response to the contractor’s Technical Queries.

• Lead the Mechanical design team on the Mount Arthur Coal MAC20 CHPP Upgrade (US$300M) project. • Perform as Lead Mechanical Designer and Checker on a variety of mineral handling and processing plants for coal, nickel and iron ore. • Coordination of work assignments for the Mechanical design team and drawing status reporting. • Conduct regular collaborative 3D design reviews with client and contractor teams that were remotely based in NSW.
