Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement corporate IT strategy. • Oversee IT operations according to company policies and procedures. • Manage Project portfolio working closely with other areas (Marketing, Finance, HR, etc). • Define and monitor Service Level Agreements with Business units and Suppliers.

Key Responsibilities: • Support daily Infrastructure operations for all Citi Businesses in Spain: Servers, Desktops, Voice and Network (PBXs, IVR, Phones, Routers, Switches and other Telecomm systems). • Oversee Local Data Centre Operations (Windows environment) and monitor SLA with the Regional Data Centre located in Germany (Midrange and Mainframe environments). • Manage the Infrastructure Project team, the Telecommunications unit and the local Helpdesk.

Key Responsibilities: • Support daily operations of the Local Data Centre (Windows, Unix and AS400 platforms) and Production processes for Citibank Spain running on the Regional Data Centre located in Germany (Unix, AS400 and Mainframe platforms). • Project Management activities.

Project Management activities in conjunction with the Citigroup Regional Project Office and the local Project Management Office (PMO). Development and analysis of applications for several departments: FX, Personal Accounts, Loans, Reporting to Central Bank and other institutions, etc.
