I have grown from Assistant manager to Branch manager role in 8 years with this Dynamic company which has been topping the the charts as No. 1 Consumer Durables company. I have enriched a lot by the sheer Growth Strategy and drive to be the best in Industry and what it takes to retain the position. I have opened 44 service Franchisees during my 8.5 Yrs of association with the company thereby enriching my Leadership Levels.

I had Joined as Revenue Executive for eastern part of India and spearheaded the growth to wards month on month Gross Margin achievement. Later i was promoted to take care of Customer Services of the Company for the designated area and I developed Techno Commercial Skills to my optimum capacity. I learned Budgeting and P&L statements and use the same today as well.

My First Job as Graduate Engineer Trainee which gave me two promotions in 2 yrs and made me Assistant manager when I moved on. I have learned every thing about the basics of my job here and will always cherish the association with my first Job.
