Responsible for developing new Sales and Business Development strategy and processes. Focus on new Business opportunities with existing customers as well as developing new customers and requirements. Create new Business strategy and integrate current technolygy as well as create new Technology Roadmap to support future Business opportunities.

Responsible for managing all Business Development and Execution activities between ODM customers and FoxConn, incl. contract/price negotiations. Development of overall ODM strategy with strong focus on execution and establishment of solid Demand & Supply Network and strategy. Strong involvement in multi-site integration in Asia (Taiwan, China and Korea) and US (San Diego and New Jersey).

Responsible for managing all Operations & Logistics activities for all CDMA ODM, Joint R&D and entry level mobile devices. Vendor management and integration into internal supply chain with key Asian suppliers. Create new strategy for key supply chain functions. Member of CDMA operations management team and ODM steering group. Vendor contract and program milestone review responsible. Strong focus on vendor process improvement.

Responsible for capacity implementation and build process management. Ensuring high product manufacturing maturity through DFM integration. Creation of cross functional teams with Korean and Chinese factories.
