This position will cover the whole HR and Admin areas which are • Recruitment and incorporation: participating the whole hiring process. • Training and Development: Creating training plan for different department according to corporate annual business plan. • Company Culture Management: introducing Ruijiang culture to local employees and organizing company culture activities. • Supplier management • Creating branch office and research center in Germany. • Office materials and stock management

• Head-hunter service: Collecting the requirement of our clients and handling the A-Z hire process for different clients, such as 1. International Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), Spain 2. DAHUA Technologies, Spain • M&A project consultant: working for one of the biggest sports goods companies in China to merge one company in Europe.
