Set up and managed a limited company retailing unusual gifts to the german market online. After only moderate success I liquidated the company in 2010 to pursue the purchase and management of real estate.

Customer and Dealer Services Section Supervisor for Jaguar, Mazda, Volvo and Land Rover Financial Services. My department covered risk assessment, contract purchase and post purchase customer services for all the non-Ford brands. It also managed the relationships with the Dealer Account Managers and involved some dealer relationship management.

Co-ordinated dealer and customer satisfaction surveys and resulting action points with reporting responsibilities to the Executive team.

Business project co-ordinator in the development, launch and post-launch care of a debt management system. Role included the on-site documentation of the business requirements, co-ordinating the steps to launch including development and testing of the system, translating the system and training the end users in German. Subsequently sent to Brazil, Italy and Spain to co-ordinate efforts to develop and align best practices in the area of Debt Management.
