Head of Capability Areas "Clinical Development Planning & Oversight" & "Global Trial Management": Leading successfully a diverse, globally distributed team (+20 in Germany, USA, Finland, Austria, India), focusing on the development of robust processes, IT solutions (including Planisware, Veeva, and others) and services. These efforts facilitate effective Clinical Development Planning and Oversight, empowering Global Clinical Trial Teams to efficiently plan, prepare, conduct, and close out clinical trials.

As the Capability Owner, accountable for "Trial Design & Planning" and "Fully Outsourced Trials/Hybrid Model Trials" within CD&O Capabilities, while also acting as the Team Lead for the Clinical Trial Coordinator (CTC) and Clinical Operational Coordinator (COC) teams within the ECO group.
