Flow Optimization professional with a hands-on, business-driven approach to improving end-to-end retail operations across markets and business units. In my role, I focus on securing balanced, efficient and predictable flows across vehicle, parts and order-to-invoice processes, connecting regional priorities with real operational needs in the business units. By being present in the field, travelling to local operations and conducting structured “Go & See” assessments.

Management of the mandate and working areas within Used Vehicles Business on a global scope in tight cooperation with HQ, Business Units and external Stakeholders in a sustainable and profitable way. All that by promotion and improving processes and securing implementation of Policies and Procedures, Systems, Branding and Corporate Identity, Operational structure with added values and additional services as a part of it.

The main responsibility was the strategic management of the Used Bus Business within the Germany and Austria by promotion and selling used buses as well as applicable services. Main project at the beginning was to establish and put into operation new Used Bus Center in Bremen from scratch. Together with all processes, procedure alignments, policies, documentation flow, upselling and offering. Maintaining and developing sales network and establish Used Buses as a premium product with all additional services.

I was managing strategic customers in EAR region, by maintaining and developing relationships toward structured proactive partnerships with the objective of improving EBIT, together with optimized customer satisfaction and profitability, through sales and delivery of managed range. All that by setting an overall strategy and plan for sales and deliveries for area specific customers, working proactively to explore business opportunities, monitoring and following-up results.

Proactive plan, manage, lead and develop a country as a part of the EAR Business Unit through a strong customer- and business focus. Maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty and developing motivated teams in order to achieve financial and operational performance targets and thereby, contributing to Scania’s profitability while also adjusting to the Business Unit and corporate governance long term structure. I was responsible for the overall profitability and performance of the country within our BU.

Responsible for implementing and developing Service Sales, Workshop Operations, Technical Support, Common Processes and Methods as well as an Efficient Organization. Define and continually develop the services strategy for the Business Unit also ensuring implementation and follow up. Communicate and market the services business, portfolio and service solutions. Set Budget and agenda for standardized work methods, improvement activities and resources.

Promote, sell and deliver Scania products, in defined area. Active participation in all kind of activities, open days, trade fairs. Cooperation with other Scania departments: Financing, Workshop services, Bodybuilder and Equipment suppliers.
