Overseeing the prioritisation, design and successful implementation of Customer Interaction business requirements. Global Credit Risk Rating (2013 - 2015): Scoping, planning, and solution design for a Global Project, aiming to implement an harmonised business process supported by a global IT platform for retail customer credit risk rating within the BMW SF European markets.

Business Analysis: current & future state process analysis, mapping and procedure design. Requirements gathering, functional design and system testing. Data analysis,mapping and reporting.

Mission: Business Administration and Management . Outcomes: on-going business management (HR and Logistics) as well as one-off improvement projects to support growth (web site redesign and implementation, outsourcing the consultants’ travel management process

Mission: Business Analysis and Intranet Development. Outcomes: improved usability and content relevance for employees who increased their usage.

Mission: Analysis of suppliers key performance indicators in SAP MM. Outcomes: improved reliability of the supplier quality evaluation system based on KPIs developed in SAP R/3 and used by 20 Nestle France factories.

Mission: White rooms supply management. Outcomes: successfully managed the white rooms supplies. Also identified the causes of damage of white room clothing which led to preventive actions and savings.
