Founder, president, and managing member of Mapes LLC, DBA Mapes Consulting.

Managed and worked with an international team for the Ocwen Recovery Group division, developing optimization and workflow as well as maintaining the integrity of the systems and developing new technology to optimize the division.

Director over Information Technology division. Oversaw all technology operations and development, including the optimization of the database and workflow environment. Instrumental in growing the company, creating a new first-party division, and developing automation to optimize and cost cut, as well as one of the top three management under the owner.

Lead the Retailers National Bank, Target Credit Card division. Saved the company from losing their largest client by fixing major issues and recommending actions on outstanding issues.

Started as a collector while going to college when the debt recovery division was owned by Saint Francis hospital, as Universal Credit Services. Worked my way to become Vice President of Operations, executive over the Omni Credit Services debt recovery division of Group Omni. Also consulting on technology and client related issues and needs. Oversaw operations, client managment, new business, compliance, and all aspects of the database and workflow.

All mechanical aspects of aircraft, from electronics and aeronautics to jet engine theory, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical, and systems. (rocket scientist)
