Full responsible for all marketing planning, activities and budget on SAP Iberia, under Portuguese territory, targeting the LE market segment. - Relevant Achievements Successfully created the complete webinar infrastructure platform, with quick go to market and online lead generation surveys incorporated. Development of VIP lunch sessions (iLunch) with top customers in the north of the country, that took place in the customers facilities (96% attendance rate and MGO generated for all the attendees).
On top of the responsibilities on SAP Iberia, had the assignment to help the SAP MENA Marketing team to accelerate the go-to-market strategy, in all market segments (LE, ME and SE). Shared marketing best practices campaigns and tactics, implemented new procedures and templates, new demand generation tools and the best marketing structure and infra-structure. Second half year plan optimization. Enablement meetings with top SAP partners and third party entities relevant for the SME industry in MENA.
