Researcher part of the Cambridge Experimental Behavioural Economics Group (CEBEG), working together with Dr Jochen Menges applying behavioural economics and behavioural science insights and methodology to organizational behaviour topics such as emotions and leadership in organizations.

Received a grant from the German Academic Merit Foundation to spend 4 weeks at the Harvard Decision Science Lab, a cutting-edge laboratory in integrative multidisciplinary decision-making research, to discuss new areas of research, wider implications of findings, as well as working on my own project in credit card research (to be published in late 2013).

11-week internship working on a project for a major national German savings bank, as part of a team of 15+ consultants advising a complicated M&A project. Oversaw the change management directive and initiated & led the created a proposal for the custodian banking division, presented to the Board of Directors at the end of the internship, resulting in an additional consulting project for BCG.

3-month internship at a unique VC fund in upstate NY as part of a 5-person team under direct supervision of COO Rami Katz. Entirely state-funded through a directive of governor Andrew Cuomo, Excell Partners strives to provide seed and pre-seed investments to stimulate start-up development in the R&D-rich areas of upstate NY (e.g. Rochester, Buffalo, Cornell etc.). Core tasks included due diligence of start-up ventures and presentation to senior management.

Supervising vehicle prototype sign-off; co-ordination of engineers, repairmen and other staff in English, Spanish and German; Main point of contact for press car and marketing vehicles; Issued a 20-page lessons learnt report to senior management.
