• Acted as IT consultant and business analyst in conducting a feasibility study and cost analysis for business workflow solutions for a highly regulated environment. • Following the feasibility study, led the project to automate the identified business process. The project involved 23 departments and allowed the reduction of US$20k in operational costs.

Through these projects, 15% of the incidents were reduced. • Delivered periodic reports of account status, KPIs and SLAs for managers and executives. • Led projects and initiatives to deply Rational Tools accros many IBM customers.

Worked in a virtual team to provide third-level support for IBM customers worldwide. - Conducted servers’ diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and provide technical assistance and support. - Developed training materials and procedures - Automated repeatable tasks that allowed the reduction of 15% of weekly workload.

Worked as Software Leader to develop aplications for digital TV sets, targeting the regional market. • Led projects to develop TV application for LATAM market, one of which led to the first patent of the R&D • Coordinated the launch of the first Brazilian digital TV along with Chinese engineers at Samsung R&D Centre in Nanjing, China.

Test & Commissionning intern engineer for a project involving multi-national companies (Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, France) thats consists in replacing the telecommunication systems of all SCNF trains with new systems based on GSM-R technology. - Responsible to automate all tests executed, which reduced the testing time from 4 days to 1 hour.
