I am leading the T&E Engineering which is performing the Capability Build-Up for the LHT in Shenzhen, China. We are developing new T&E's and test benches for Avionic, Hydraulic, R&S, Wheels and Pneumatic aircraft components. My main responsibility is to establish a stable engineering team structure which meets the requirements of our rapidly growing global business unit of Lufthansa Technik. This includes a strong Capability Build-Up process which contains a reliable and efficient project management.
