Launched a new Center of Expertise dedicated to designing and implementing strategies spanning the company's talent management agenda. Provided consultation to the CHRO and executive leadership team on these strategies. Managed a team of 14 Talent Scouts and Talent Strategy Consultants and a $2.8M budget.

Led business development, solution design, project delivery and financial management efforts for a $23B Big 4 management consulting firm. Part of the core team that evolved the firm's talent management offering.

Led learning and development interventions for 2,000 employees in the Americas. Managed two dotted line Training Consultants and led 10 Business Center Operations Managers through virtual teaming.

Established "Career Marketing" function as a strategic business partner supporting the company’s goal to attract, motivate and develop talented employees. Designed best practice onboarding program "navigate!" which was featured as CLC research brief.

Competitively selected for a one year rotational international management trainee program for HR professionals.
