As a Senior Technical Writer, I create Online Help Manual for complex IT Service Management (ITSM) software by using Atlassian Confluence. I also create tutorial /training videos for software products by using Camtasia. I create in-line help instructions by using Whatfix. I am also involved in research and development works for the overall technical documentation process of my organization.

As a Senior Technical Writer, I am involved in Documentation impact research and analysis for SOA and SOI telecommunication products and IoT (Internet of things) based telecommunication products. I gained knowledge on FrameMaker, DITA-Structured document, API Documentation, Oxygen XML Editor.

I worked on Software Help documents, Customer and Developer FYI documents, product training guides, Software Process Diagram for the Service Desk Agents of the biggest Liner Shipping and Pure-Car-Carrier company (Japan-based). I used Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp and VISIO to meet the expected documentation standard.

As a Senior Technical Writer, I was involved in writing/maintaining Software Specifications and Processing specifications, which were used by the developers of the largest payment card company in the world. I gained knowledge of PCI DSS ( Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ) for financial data security. I gained knowledge on FrameMaker, Single Source Documentation, DITA structure, Arbortext Editor (XML Editor), Documentum (CMS - Content Management System).

I started my career as a Technical Writer-Instructional Designer with Indus Net Technologies. In a Service-Based environment, I was involved in technical content development for Computer-Based and Web-Based learning projects. As a software Technical Writer, I had worked with multiple insurance and banking companies (UK based) in this phase.
