As Group HR Consultant I support our Group HR manager in the execution of the HR strategy and Group wide policies and procedures. Furthermore I am operational HR Business Partner for our countries Belgium, France and Spain. My focus lies in mobility of staff, compensation and benefits, variable compensation, international recruitment, international transfers and learning and development.

As Group HR assistant I am the direct assistant of the Group HR Manager. My main activities are: - Support in translating business strategy into HR policy - Support in corporate HR policy into national HR policies - Responsible for international recruitment - HR support for national offices - HR consultant for Deerns France - Support on strategic remuneration - Expatriate management

As a recruiter I was responsible for the entire recruitment process for financial vacancies of several of our clients in the geographical area of The Hague. - Acquisition of candidates - Acquisition of clients - Following up/ relationship management
