Stefan Neweling

As a team leader in the process optimization department I am responsible to manage projects and KPI's to ensure efficiency of all internal and external package, data and information flows. Within projects we analyze the current situation, define best practices and implement the setup. My team has a consulting function within the company. One of my main tasks is to coach my team in order to enable personal and professional development.

I was part of the team to plan the expansion of UPS's European all point air hub (budget 200 million USD). My main tasks were planning the automation system and integrate it into existing technologies and facilities. All decisions by higher management have been facilitated with cost-benefit analyses. To ensure an optimized and lean environment, work measurement (six sigma) to implement new operational work areas up to the company standarts were key.
