As a Global Project sponsor and chair to operative steering group, responsible for defining & delivering cost optimized IT portfolio roadmap in collaboration with Supply business. Requirement elicitation, analysis, high level & detailed design, implementation of dashboards & direct digital control software, performing reviews, simulation, testing & commissioning of BMS Systems including integration of 3rd party equipment’s with a team of 16 Engineers. Complete ownership for timely and in-budget delivery of projects. Responsible for project plan, resource planning, tracking schedule, risk identification, mitigation plan and stakeholder management.

Responsible for entire Project management with a team of around 70 people covering engineering execution related to SCADA & TELECOM (PLCC & Microwave Towers). All projects were executed across multi-sites in different time zones (Europe, Africa & Asia pacific). Managing estimate analysis, schedule, risk & opportunity and additional claims due to site disruptions, Management of SCADA & TELECOM activities in accordance with Technical Support from Noida & France, Resource planning.

Responsible for entire Northern region for design, installation and commissioning of IBMS System with a team of 8 people & subcontractors. - Interaction with Client for Technical Discussions and progress of Site. - Contract review, design, understanding technical and commercial aspects, revenue planning, procurement. - Scheduling project monitoring, managing subcontractors & whole team. - Design and Engineering of the entire Building Automation System as per specifications.

Responsible for entire southern region for design, installation and commissioning of BMS Systems. - Programming, debugging and commissioning of DDC Controller software. - Software Integration of different manufactures equipment to BAS System with different protocols like BACnet, MODBUS RTU etc. - Graphics representation of static/dynamic conditions. - Design and Engineering of the entire Building Automation System as per specifications.

Responsible for design, installation and commissioning of industrial automation solutions. Key contributions: - Discuss the control philosophy with customers and get PID, mimic sheets. - Logic development of PLC/DCS and its simulation before commissioning. - Use SCADA s/w for mimic representation of static/dynamic conditions. - Conducting customer FAT & SAT including hand over of the final project deliveries to the customer. - Final Commissioning at the customer site.

As a KILN INCHARGE responsible for the smooth running and maintenance of Process Instruments. Worked with DC drives, AC drives VVVF drives, ABB PLCs, Solid Flow Feeders, Weigh Feeders, SPRS and SCADA expert Software system for Kiln operation & control.
