Managed professional relation with key French/German customers, prepared price quotations. Coordinated of all logistic issues between customers, business line planners and warehouses (WMI and CMI)

Followed orders, managed files of big German / Scandinavian groups, central buying offices. Sent out price offers, negotiated contracts and insured after sales services. Directed and coordinated the logistic services of the export department (established contact with spediteurs, ports…)
