Maintained scorecards and regularly reported to management on the performance of global banks that served as custodians to Vanguard’s over $1.3 trillion of assets under management. Developed a tool that enabled the efficient and effective oversight of corporate banking activity. Obtained management buy-in and departmental adoption of the tool. Trained fellow employees on future use.

Created and managed a database of potential customers for logistical management of sales personnel. Assisted in development of production costing and finished product costing models. Improved business communication skills by shadowing sales representatives.
